"Zagra" by Valle dell'Acate is a Sicilian white wine made from Grillo grapes with a sunny, fresh and Mediterranean character. The vinification and brief aging in steel allow to preserve the fragrant and varietal freshness of the grapes, allowing aromas of broom and orange blossom flowers, Sicilian citrus fruits, fresh almond and light mineral nuances to express themselves. On the palate it is rich, dynamic and easy to drink, characterized by a pleasant savory sensation.
