It is recommended on delicate dishes, where the competitive action of the ingredient is not necessary, from fish to pastries.
It can be used happily in more demanding preparations, such as grilled meats or to enhance the neutral or slightly bitter tones of salads and cooked vegetables and in the preparation of typical dishes of the Mediterranean diet.
