“Neroluce” is a Spumante Bianco Brut DOC that comes from the aromas of Nero d'Avola, whose bunches develop fully thanks to the light of the Sicilian sun and the fresh breezes of the nearby Mediterranean Sea. An undoubtedly interesting bubble, which reveals a new face of one of the most important varietals of the entire island. Upon visual examination it presents itself with a typically straw-yellow color, with a medium-sized and persistent perlage.
