Merlot Sicilia DOC, a red wine in which the small berries guide the nose and mouth in a more than pleasant experience. The grapes, after harvest, ferment for two weeks at a controlled temperature of 30 degrees, and then mature for 12 months both in tonneaux and in Slavonian oak barrels. A truly excellent bottle, where nothing is out of place.
