The pistachio plant grows wild and luxuriant on the slopes of the famous Etna volcano, in Sicily. From the ancient and wise tradition of the recipes of the distilleries of Commendatore Alfio Fichera comes this pistachio cream liqueur. It is an exquisite liqueur cream, with the emerald green color characteristic of the fruit from which it originates, the latter harvested exclusively in the countryside of Etna. It is an excellent cream liqueur to accompany desserts, but it also goes well with homemade cakes and ice creams.
