Frappato di Valle dell'Acate is a Sicilian red wine with a delicate, gentle and fragrant appearance, matured exclusively in steel. Vinous and fresh notes pervade the nose, highlighting sensations of citrus, cherry, berries, aromatic herbs and light marine notes. The sip is slender, lively and smooth, with very fine tannins and a light savory trail. A red that also lends itself to pairings with fish menus.
