Cerasuolo di Vittoria by Valle dell'Acate is a red wine produced in south-eastern Sicily from Frappato and Nero d'Avola grapes. It ages in wood for about a year and releases a rich and varietal bouquet of violets, Mediterranean herbs, black cherries and light accents of sweet spices, vanilla and licorice. On the palate it is elegant and with well-finished tannins, with a synergistic energy provided by freshness and flavor.
