The Passito di Pantelleria "Bukkuram - Sole d'Agosto by De Bartoli is a wine that follows half of the grapes from drying on the vine and the other half in the sun. On the nose it is salty, with hints of ginger and bergamot. On the palate it is refreshing, persistent and with a delicately floral finish.
