The "700slm" Classic Method of the Sicilian Cusumano Winery is a mountain sparkling wine, its grapes are in fact grown at 700m above sea level, as the name suggests. The glass is filled with an intense straw yellow while the nose is inebriated by the typical scents of the two vines that compose it: red fruits typical of Pinot Noir and white flowers typical of Chardonnay.
