Grillo di Feudo Principi di Butera is a Sicilian white with an exquisitely Mediterranean profile, vinified exclusively in steel. The broad and delicate olfactory set is enlivened by hints of citrus, pineapple and small wild herbs, intersected by lively savoury veins. In the mouth it is fresh and agile, drinkable and savoury, with pleasantly mentholated echoes on the finish.
