Grapes: Nero d'Avola 60% - of which approximately 15% slightly dried on the vine. Frappato 40%.
Tasting notes: the wine has a ruby red color with purple reflections. On the nose the aromas are fruity, with morello cherry and plums, variegated with menthol and sweet notes like caramel. In the mouth it is enveloping, with great structure and persistence, with soft and delicate tannins.
